    Omnibus Essential Fish Habitat Amendment 2 Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS)

    Please note this is a draft document that has been submitted to NOAA Fisheries for review and is subject to change. Once the agency’s review is complete, it will publish a formal Notice of Availability (NOA) in the Federal Register. In addition to announcing the issuance and public availability of the accepted draft EIS, the NOA will provide the details about the formal public comment period.
