Guidelines For Public Comments at Meetings

All of our Council meeting materials are in PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat in order to access them.

Click on this icon if you need to download or upgrade your version of Adobe Acrobat.

 

Open all documents with bookmarks. In general there is one bookmark for each document. If necessary, choose View / Navigation Panels/ Bookmarks so the y appear in the navigation panel.

Bookmarks will help you maneuver between the documents. Note the + sign in front of some of the bookmarks.

This means there are sub-folders to help you pinpoint the information you are looking for easily.

Right click on the bookmark you want to print and click Print Pages in order to print only those pages.
